Please read and understand the following terms when purchasing from this site.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Ordering

For orders directly from our store, we use Printful; please refer to their terms of service.

Custom orders

For custom orders, we use Lundeby Foto; please refer to their terms of service.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Fotograf Løvberg is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Fotograf Løvberg gladly accepts returns.

Contact Fotograf Løvberg within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Fotograf Løvberg accepts cancellations before items are produced, up to 24 hours after placing the order. Contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Liability

The responsibility of Fotograf Løvberg regarding delivery errors is limited to the existing conditions of sale. Fotograf Løvberg accepts no liability for delays, incompatibility, downtime, data loss, additional work or economic harm and other uncontrollable circumstances.

Unforeseeable circumstances

Fotograf Løvberg will not be liable for damages in the event of occurrences outside reasonable control. These occurrences may include but are not limited to: criminal activity, government intervention, new/amended legislation, dissolution of the state, war, natural disaster, strike, sabotage, prohibitions, transport or elemental conditions or courier failure.

Amendments

Fotograf Løvberg may revise these terms of use on occasion. Upon placing an order, the conditions will be applied to the customer's and Fotograf Løvberg's contract. The customer is advised to review this page's current and relevant terms.
